Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group (RHTWG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We exist to help individuals and families move from instability to self-sufficiency, through peer support, structured stability planning, resource navigation, and donation-supported community wellness programming.

We serve everyone. No referral required. No clinical history needed. Everyone welcome.

If your life feels unstable right now, this program was built for you. We walk with you from intake to 90-day follow-up with a personalized stability plan and a team that shows up every step of the way.
