Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group (RHTWG) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We exist to help individuals and families move from instability to self-sufficiency, through peer support, structured stability planning, resource navigation, and donation-supported community wellness programming.

We serve everyone. No referral required. No clinical history needed. Everyone welcome.

Yes. The Women Veterans Circle is a dedicated, women-only peer support group led by a veteran peer. We help with VA benefit navigation, HUD-VASH housing, SSVF referrals, and DD-214 recovery. All discharge statuses welcome.
Yes. Our Document Readiness program offers drop-in hours to help you navigate obtaining a Nevada state ID, birth certificate, Social Security card, or VA ID. Government fees apply for the documents themselves, we help you understand the costs, find fee waiver options, and complete the process.
