"Healing happens
in community."

Our Vision

A Las Vegas where every individual and family has access to the community, resources, and support they need to heal, stabilize, and thrive. Regardless of income, diagnosis, or circumstance.

Our Mission

Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group exists to support individuals and families through accessible, community-based wellness services that promote emotional resilience, healing, and personal growth.

We focus on prevention-centered and peer-driven support that meets people where they are and strengthens individuals, families, and communities over time.

Our work includes:

  • Community wellness and peer-support groups
  • Emotional education and coping-skills development
  • Family-centered support and resource navigation
  • Prevention-focused programming rooted in lived experience

We believe healing happens in community, and sustainable wellness begins with compassion, dignity, and practical support.

What We Stand For

Our Core Values

🤝

Compassion

We lead with empathy and meet every person where they are, without judgment, without prerequisites, and without exception.

🌱

Community

We believe connection is medicine. Belonging and mutual support are not extras; they are the foundation of sustainable wellness.

🛡️

Prevention

We intervene before crisis, building stability and resilience before things fall apart, because people deserve support before the breaking point.

Dignity

Every person who walks through our door is treated as whole, worthy, and capable, not as a diagnosis, a case number, or a problem to be solved.
