Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group is a peer-led organization built by and for people who know what it means to navigate hard things. We show up for individuals and families in Las Vegas through six core programs: RISE Stability, Veterans Wellness, Youth Transition, and community health navigation services.
We believe healing happens in community. Our approach centers shared experience, mutual support, and real access to the resources people need to move forward.
No referral required. No one turned away for inability to pay.
Learn More About Our Mission
These are personal stories shared with permission. They reflect individual experiences and are not professional assessments or guaranteed outcomes.
I needed my Social Security card, ID, and birth certificate and didn't know where to start. RHTWG walked me through every single step and helped me get everything I needed. I'm truly grateful for this program and the people in it.
I was unhoused and didn't know where to turn. RHTWG connected me with employment and housing resources that gave me a real path forward. They genuinely helped me get over the hump. I don't know where I'd be without them.
Our Growth Roadmap
We launched with a clear foundation and a bigger vision. Each phase of growth moves us closer to a Las Vegas where no one faces crisis alone.
Peer support circles, CHW-led drop-in services, resource navigation, document readiness, and benefits enrollment. Connecting Las Vegas residents to the programs and services they need.
Emergency rental assistance, eviction prevention support, transitional housing partnerships, expanded CHW staffing, and structured programming for foster youth and veterans.
A permanent, accessible wellness hub in Clark County offering wraparound support, workforce readiness, community health partnerships, and expanded programming for the full Las Vegas community.

Whether you have a few hours a month or want to show up consistently, we have a place for you. Volunteers support events, outreach, peer circles, and community resource drives.
We offer internship opportunities for students in social work, public health, nonprofit management, and community health worker programs. All placements are shaped around your learning goals.
