Without an ID, Nothing Else Works. We Help You Get There.

A missing state ID, birth certificate, or Social Security card can quietly block everything else — housing applications, benefits enrollment, even a job offer. Our Community Health Workers meet people where the barrier actually is, not where the paperwork assumes it should be.

CHW support is hands-on and practical: we help you navigate the actual offices, forms, and requirements, and we stay with you through housing navigation and benefits enrollment once documents are in hand.

No-cost drop-in support to help you navigate replacing your Nevada state ID, birth certificate, Social Security card, or VA ID. We guide you through the paperwork and connect you with the right offices — walk-in friendly, no appointment needed. Without ID, nothing else works. We help you get there.

Housing Navigation

Drop-in housing navigation for individuals and families at risk of or experiencing homelessness. We connect you to emergency rental assistance programs, shelter referrals, eviction prevention services, and housing applications across Las Vegas. Reentry-friendly.

Benefits Enrollment

No-cost CHW-assisted SNAP and Medicaid applications, plus TANF, utility assistance, WIC, and more. Weekly drop-in, no appointment needed. You may qualify for more than you think.
