Use of This Website

Nature of Our Services

RHTWG offers peer support groups, wellness education, community health navigation, and related programming. All services are:

• Peer-led and educational in nature
• Not a replacement for licensed mental health care, medical treatment, or crisis intervention
• Voluntary and non-coercive
• Available at no cost to eligible community members

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. For mental health crisis support, you may also call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline).

Program Participation

Participation in RHTWG programs is voluntary. By participating, you acknowledge that:

• You are engaging in peer-support and wellness education, not clinical treatment
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions related to your health and wellbeing
• RHTWG staff and facilitators are not licensed therapists, counselors, or medical professionals unless otherwise stated
• You will treat all other participants and staff with respect, dignity, and confidentiality

Confidentiality in Group Settings

What is shared in RHTWG group programs is expected to remain within the group. Participants are asked to respect one another's privacy and not share identifying information about other participants outside of group settings. RHTWG staff hold confidentiality to the extent permitted by law, with exceptions for situations involving risk of harm to self or others as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, program materials, and design elements, is the property of Rise Heal Thrive Wellness Group, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Donations

Donations made to RHTWG are processed securely through our third-party donation platform. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. RHTWG is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 41-3245652). Donation receipts will be provided as required by law. Donations are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
